Help that gets to the point.

Find the steps for everyday records, local reminders, export, privacy, and deletion. If something still is not working, contact VitalAll directly.

Getting started

Do I need an account?
No. VitalAll’s first release is local-only. Open the app and start with the records that matter to you.
Can I choose which shortcuts appear on Today?
Yes. On Today, choose Customize, select up to four shortcuts, and move the ones you use most to the top. All Records always remains available.
Does VitalAll measure blood pressure?
No. Enter the whole numbers shown on a validated upper-arm monitor. The guided routine helps with preparation and recording; it does not measure, diagnose, or recommend treatment.
Open Quick Log

Add, edit, and remove records

Add a record

  1. Open Today or All RecordsChoose the health or wellbeing item you want to record.
  2. Enter what you knowUse the value, time, context, note, or photo that is useful. Optional fields can stay empty.
  3. Review and saveVitalAll validates the technical entry and stores it locally.

Edit or delete

Open the feature history, choose the saved record, then use its Edit or Delete action. Some history screens offer Undo for a short time. Clearing all local data is separate and cannot be undone.

Local reminders

VitalAll schedules reminders on your device. Blood-pressure, heart-rate, water, medication, mood, sleep, and mindfulness reminders remain tied to their feature settings while appearing in one Reminder Center.

A reminder did not appear. What should I check?
Open iOS Settings, find VitalAll, and confirm Notifications are allowed. Then review the reminder time, active days, and feature settings inside VitalAll. Focus modes and system notification summaries can also change when a notification is shown.
Are medication names shown on the Lock Screen?
The reminder widget shows only the medication type and time, not the medicine name, dose, or note. Lock Screen health values are hidden by default and can be changed in Profile & goals → App settings.
Are unrecorded doses marked as missed?
No. Unrecorded doses remain neutral. VitalAll records only the status you choose.

Exports can contain private health information. Check the destination and recipient before sharing.

Privacy and local data deletion

The first release does not send your health journal to a VitalAll server. You can remove individual records or permanently clear all app data on the device.

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the step-by-step data deletion instructions.

Camera and photos

VitalAll asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph a medication label or meal. The photo is stored locally with that record.

How do I change camera permission?
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, then change VitalAll’s access. You can also open VitalAll in Settings and review its permissions.
Can I use VitalAll without camera access?
Yes. Photos are optional. You can create medication plans and meal records without adding an image.
