1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VitalAll, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

“VitalAll,” “we,” and “us” refer to the VitalAll product and developer name used for this release. These terms apply in addition to any non-waivable terms that apply through Apple or the law where you live.

2. What VitalAll provides

VitalAll is a local health-journal tool. It lets you enter, organize, review, export, and delete everyday health and wellbeing records. It can schedule local reminders, show factual patterns from the records you add, and create local CSV or PDF files.

The first release does not provide an account, VitalAll-operated cloud sync, connected-device service, Apple Health connection, remote monitoring, emergency monitoring, or a clinical service.

3. Health information and medical disclaimer

Health classifications, educational references, trends, summaries, and reminders are informational. They may be incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. Do not start, stop, or change medication or treatment based only on the app.

Use a validated device and appropriate technique for measurements. Review concerning patterns, symptoms, or treatment questions with a qualified health care professional.

Emergencies

VitalAll does not monitor entries or send alerts to clinicians or emergency services. If you think you may have a medical emergency or are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now.

4. Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, the choices you make about reminders and sharing, and maintaining appropriate device security and backups.

• Check entries for accuracy before relying on or sharing them.
• Protect access to your device and exported files.
• Review the recipient and destination before using the iOS share sheet.
• Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
• Do not treat a reminder as confirmation that a medication was taken or a task was completed.

VitalAll does not keep a server-side copy of the local health journal and cannot restore it after permanent deletion or loss of the local container.

5. Acceptable use

You may use VitalAll for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:

• misuse the app or website to violate law or another person’s rights;
• attempt to interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass the security of the app, website, hosting, or related systems;
• represent VitalAll output as a diagnosis, prescription, or verified clinical record;
• use the product to monitor another person without appropriate permission; or
• copy, resell, or redistribute the product except where applicable law permits it.

6. Apple, shared destinations, and external links

The app runs on Apple devices and may use Apple-provided features such as local notifications, device backups, widgets, Files, and the share sheet. Those services are governed by Apple’s terms and settings.

If you choose an external link or share destination, that third party’s terms and privacy practices apply. VitalAll is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

7. Availability and product changes

We may fix, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Device compatibility, operating-system changes, local permissions, storage, and settings can affect availability.

We aim to keep the app and public support pages accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalAll is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the product, loss of local records, reliance on informational output, or sharing to a destination you select.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you live in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or another place with mandatory consumer protections, those protections remain in force.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
